Reason why

1. Replace a base out of repair time in a ground dig.[Crowded]

2. poi duty, where one base is getting damaged and needs time out.

3. PvP, where you need to swap out to attack after defense or offense facilities are damaged. [ Time thing quick]

4. Got the poi with main base and replaced with sitter Zap straight away.

Things to know.

* Cool time after swap is same;

* Both must be free of cooldown time;

* Cannot swap a dead base .

* Cannot drop on another account.
